Singing Lessons for Children, Built for Performers
CMDA's Vocal Classes are designed for young performers who are ready to use their voice as a powerful tool on and off the stage. Whether your child is brand new to singing or looking to sharpen their skills, our program delivers age-appropriate training in a warm, structured environment.
This isn't choir. This is kids vocal training that focuses on individual growth — helping every student find their unique voice, build confidence through technique, and shine when the spotlight hits.
The Curriculum
What Students Will Learn
Every class is intentional. Students build a complete toolkit for vocal performance — one skill at a time.

Breath Control
Students learn how to use their breath as the foundation of singing — sustaining phrases, projecting with ease, and staying steady under pressure.

Vocal Technique
Proper posture, resonance, and vocal health habits are introduced early and reinforced throughout, giving students skills that last a lifetime.

Vocal Placement
Students discover how and where to place their voice for maximum clarity and tone — a key skill for any young performer.

Ear Training
From matching pitch to recognizing melody and rhythm, ear training sharpens every student's musical instinct and listening skills.

Stage Presence
Singing is performing. Students learn how to connect with an audience, use expression, and own the moment — not just hit the notes.

Performance Skills
Students prepare and perform throughout the year, building comfort in front of an audience and the experience every performer needs to grow.
