Karon Shea is licensed by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and Licensed by the Department of Labor, Karon Shea is a certified educator, teaches courses on confidence, runway, style, manners, and social etiquette. Karon Shea also served on the board of Directors for the Hanover Theater for the Performing Arts, Worcester Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours, and is one of the Licensed Commissioners for the City of Worcester. Ms. Shea has achieved her reputation by operating her business with the highest of integrity. She prides herself as an educator feeling the good fortune to have mentored many successful people in all facets of life.
Terri Shipman has been a professional model for over 15 years. Ms. Shipman has appeared in numerous fashion shows, YM magazine, Seventeen Magazine, and was the new face for Gitano. She is a teacher of runway, fashion print, and beauty. A professional judge for the Little Miss & Mister Hawaiian Tropic Model Search and a professional commentator and fashion stylist.
Mark Steina IMTA Director
A former Model and Actor, Mark has appeared in numerous T.V. commercials as well as in print in National Magazines. Mark got his start with IMTA back in 1997 when he attended the convention as a contestant the same year as Ashton Kutcher and Josh Duhamel attended. That year Mark was awarded 2nd runner-up for Male Model of the Year, and 1st runner-up for Male Actor of the Year, and was offered roles on two daytime Soap Operas.
A former teacher, Mark instead chose to get involved with the scouting and training aspect of IMTA. Mark has been coordinating the training of "Future Stars" for the past 10 years, and has made many friends in the industry. Some of his former students have gone onto model in Europe and Japan and many of his students have appeared in National T.V. commercials as well as feature films with some of the industry’s biggest stars.
Mark brings his experiences at IMTA as a contestant and the knowledge he gained working in the industry to the training that you will receive to make you marketable in this very competitive industry.
